"TRINH SAT" means Reconnaissance.

The Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN) Airborne Reconnaissance Team was a specialized unit that conducted reconnaissance and intelligence-gathering missions during the Vietnam War. The team was made up of highly trained personnel who were selected for their skills in surveillance and reconnaissance.
